You may request a refund if:

We respond within one business day. If your request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label (for unopened-product returns) or process the refund directly (for damaged/defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit visibly on your statement.
If 10 business days have passed since approval and you still don’t see the refund:
You can cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing customer service. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled — you’ll need to follow the standard return process for unopened product.
