Refund Policy

This Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and our Shipping & Returns page.

You may request a refund if:

• The product arrived damaged, broken or otherwise visibly compromised
• The product is materially different from what you ordered (wrong peptide, wrong concentration, wrong lot)
• You return an unopened, factory-sealed vial within 14 days of delivery
• We cancel your order before it ships

For safety and chain-of-custody reasons, we cannot refund:

• Opened or partially used vials
• Vials that have been reconstituted
• Custom-synthesis orders (unless materially defective)
• Returns received more than 14 days after delivery
• Products lost or damaged after delivery confirmation

Email cs@chembiosynth.co with:

1. Your order number
2. The product(s) involved and reason for the refund
3. For damaged or defective product: clear photos of the box, inner packaging and the vial

We respond within one business day. If your request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label (for unopened-product returns) or process the refund directly (for damaged/defective product).

Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit visibly on your statement.

If 10 business days have passed since approval and you still don’t see the refund:

1. Check the original payment method (card or PayPal) carefully — refunds sometimes appear as separate transactions
2. Contact your bank or card issuer; pending credits can take time to clear
3. If still missing, email cs@chembiosynth.co with your order number and we’ll investigate

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing customer service. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled — you’ll need to follow the standard return process for unopened product.
