Solid-phase synthesis
Peptides are synthesized on resin using Fmoc chemistry by our manufacturing partners, following published protocols and validated coupling reagents.
Every batch goes through a documented chain of independent verification before it ships. Here's exactly what happens between synthesis and the vial arriving on your bench.

Crude peptide is cleaved from the resin and purified by reverse-phase HPLC. Fractions are collected, pooled and lyophilized to ≥99% target purity.
A representative sample of every batch is sent to an independent third-party lab for HPLC analysis. The chromatogram, methodology and integration table are recorded.
Molecular weight is confirmed by ESI-MS. The observed mass is matched against the theoretical mass to within ±1 Da before the batch is approved.
Each batch only ships if it passes every gate: purity ≥99%, correct molecular weight, water content under spec, sterile fill verified. The COA is generated and signed off.
Vials are packed in insulated mailers with shock-absorbing inserts and dispatched within one business day. Each shipment is tracked end-to-end.
