By accessing or using chembiosynth.co (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any product. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

All products sold on this Site are for laboratory research purposes only. They are NOT intended for human consumption, animal consumption, in-vivo administration, therapeutic use, food, cosmetic or veterinary use, or any application that requires FDA approval or equivalent.

By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher, lab procurement officer, or otherwise legally authorized to purchase research-grade reagents in your jurisdiction.

You may register an account to track orders and manage addresses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limits.

An order is not accepted until you receive an order-confirmation email from us. Charges may be processed at the time of order placement.

See our Refund Policy. In summary: unopened product can be returned within 14 days of delivery; defective product is replaced or refunded; opened vials cannot be returned for chain-of-custody reasons.

All Site content — including logos, copy, images, design and code — is owned by ChemBioSynth or its licensors and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that the content is yours, accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChemBioSynth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ChemBioSynth and its officers, employees and affiliates from any claim, demand or damages arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hood County, Texas.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
