All US orders ship from our Texas facility within one business day of order placement. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days via tracked express courier (UPS or FedEx).
Free shipping applies automatically to orders of $200 or more before tax. Below the threshold, a flat $13.99 shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays ship the next business day.
We currently ship to the United States only. We are working with logistics partners on a phased international rollout. Subscribe to our research bulletin to be the first to hear when international shipping goes live.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also view it any time under My Account → Orders.
If your tracking number doesn’t update within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us — occasionally a courier hand-off can lag behind the digital scan.
We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed product within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email cs@chembiosynth.co with your order number and the reason for return.
Once we approve the return, we’ll send a prepaid return label and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Opened vials cannot be returned for safety and chain-of-custody reasons. If you believe a vial is defective, see “Damaged or defective product” below.
Every shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged, the vial is broken, or the contents look visibly compromised, photograph the box, the inner packaging and the vial within 24 hours of delivery and email the photos to cs@chembiosynth.co.
We will issue a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — within one business day of confirming the photos.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (card or PayPal) within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit visibly on your statement.
